How to use

Prep your skin

Cleanse your skin and apply serum or oil for optimal glide. We recommend using Wellosophy Ageless & Blissful Face Oil-in-Serum.



Start your relaxing facial massage

Gently sweep the top of the Gua-Shroom from the bottom of your face, starting with the neck, cheeks and forehead in an upwards motion towards your ears. Use the concave side between the stem and the head to sculpt your cheekbones and jawline, from the centre towards your ears. For optimal results, repeat each swipe 6-8 times. To finish the routine, target facial acupuncture points like the middle of your forehead, under the cheekbones, and on the side of the mouth with the top of the Gua-Shroom, to help release muscle tension. Hold each point for 10 to 15 seconds.



After each use, wipe the tool with a damp cloth and towel dry.



Pro tip

Place the Gua-Shroom in the fridge a few minutes before use to enhance the cooling and tightening effect.
